Beyond the Fringe Hair Designs is a progressive salon company located in Hillsborough townships in central New Jersey. The salon is owned by Donna Martin, a stylist with over 40 years of experience. Donna is a Certified Redken Hair Colorist and has studied with educators Martin Parsons, Randy Rick, Roy Peters, John Delaria, Beth Minardi, Graham Webb educators. She has also attended numerous Redken Exchange Classes and Symposiums.
Our mission is to empower you to look great and feel great, we strive to create personalized style, to educate and to inspire.
We run an associate training program for all new talent, as well as attend monthly in salon classes and classes at Redken 5th Avenue in New York City. Education is the key word: you can never learn too much! Whether it is improving self image, cutting or coloring techniques or people skills, education plays a big part in our business. We touch people in many ways everyday. It’s a great feeling when you can put a smile on someone’s face and make their day by just giving them a haircut or changing their hair color!
Our goal is to keep our clients up to date on the newest trends. We offer Keratin and Brazilian smoothing systems. We can cut hair with scissors, clippers or razors, and we are experts in foiling and coloring. We use Redken and Pureology Professional Products and provide Redken Home Care Pureology retail products.
We are striving for our salon to be one most talked about salons in the area. We have a lot of talented young stylists and experienced veteran stylists.
